Tiffany Henry, M.A., L.C.M.H.C., N.C.C.

 

Ms. Henry earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from North Carolina Central University in 1995. She taught in the public school system before entering the counseling field. She earned her Master’s degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2008.  

 

Ms. Henry is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor and has experience in both individual and group psychotherapy in general mental health and substance use disorder treatment settings.  

 

Ms. Henry joined Eastover Psychiatric Group in 2013.  She provides therapy for school aged children, adolescents and adults. Her work with children and adolescents includes parent sessions to help increase the likelihood of successful treatment. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a variety of other techniques that fit clients based on their personality and area of comfort. Her clinical interests include, but are not limited to, Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders.
