Appointment reminders are sent via text message. No mobile information will be shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Patient Portal

Established patients may send and receive secure messages, view prescriptions and appointments, fill out forms and questionnaires, request prescription refills, and pay bills in the patient portal.

If you do not yet have access to the patient portal please speak to your clinician or our staff at your next appointment, or call the office.
Scheduling Information for New Patients

Please be aware that not all clinicians may be accepting new patients.

Initial evaluation appointments with an M.D. or Nurse Practitioner may last from 45 to 90 minutes, depending on clinician preference.

Initial appointments with a Therapist last approximately 60 minutes.

Initial appointments must be conducted in person.

If the patient is a minor (under 18), both the child and a parent/guardian must be present for the initial evaluation appointment.

Please bring any prior records or reports that you think may be helpful to your clinician to your initial appointment, particularly any psychological/educational testing.

Eastover Psychiatric Group is in network with many of the major insurers in the region. We are NOT in network with Medicare or Medicaid. You will need to check with our scheduling coordinator to confirm that we are in network with your insurer.

If you are interested in being seen as a new patient please call us at 704-362-2663, extension 165 and leave your name and phone number. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Scheduling Information for Established Patients

Please call our scheduling coordinator at 704-362-2663, extension 122, to schedule an appointment as an established patient.

Follow-up appointments for established patients may be conducted in person, or virtually/via telemedicine at the clinician's discretion.

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and check in at the front desk.

Follow up appointments with an M.D. or Nurse Practitioner are generally scheduled for 20-30 minutes, longer as necessary.

Follow up appointments with a Therapist are generally scheduled for 45-60 minutes.

If the patient is a minor (under 18) they must be present for the appointment. If you wish to schedule a parent or family-only session, please discuss it with your clinician.

Please notify us at least 1 business day prior to your appointment if you need to cancel. Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to charges.

Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Fee Schedule

The following is a list of the most common types of appointments and their respective fees; charges may differ for shorter or longer appointments, or for additional services.

Initial evaluation appointment with psychiatrist or nurse practitioner: $450

25-30 minute follow-up appointment with psychiatrist or nurse practitioner: $220

40-60 minute follow-up appointment with psychiatrist or nurse practitioner: $350

Initial evaluation with therapist: $215

60 minute session with therapist: $175
Prescription Refills and Other Requests

Many of the below concerns can be addressed through the patient portal; however, if you would prefer to call, the following extensions may be helpful.

If you are having issues with insurance coverage of your prescriptions, including needing "prior authorization", please call our medical assistant at 704-362-2663, extension 145.

For clinical questions, including medication response and side effect concerns, please call our nurse at 704-362-2663, extension 154.

For medical records requests, including needing forms filled out or letters written, please call 704-362-2663, extension 167. Please be aware that these services are subject to charges.
