Notice Regarding Medicare

As of this fall, the following Eastover Psychological & Psychiatric Group clinicians will no longer be Medicare providers:

Valerie Glass, PMHNP

Baiba Grasman, MSW, LCSW

Ethan Musgrave, MD

Marcus Pelucio, MD

Chandler Perry, PMHNP

Cynthia Shahan, MD

Scott Wallace, MD

If you have Medicare and see one of the above clinicians, they will no longer be able to treat you as of September 1, 2018.

You will be receiving a letter soon with more details, including recommendations for transferring your care and forms to facilitate transferring your records if needed.
